Pricing Structure

In our launching phase, we’d love to accommodate every event we can. If you’re a bride, wedding coordinator, or facilities or office manager looking to book for a wedding, corporate event, employee appreciation day, or anything in between, Good Gracious wants to do everything we can to make it the best event ever.

Since we have a specific way of coming up with quotes that involves inventory, menu items, and lots of customizable options, we’ve given examples of events, the details, and how much that event would cost. We hope this will be helpful information while you’re planning and waiting on a quote from us!

GRACE + ZAC

Evening Wedding with 250-300 people

Zac and Grace wanted the full menu, two baristas, and all size options available to their attendees with a custom look on sleeves, cups, and menus for their Saturday wedding. We had a menu that matched their theme with their wedding branding and drinks with special names and flavors that represented trips they’d been on while dating. With a wedding party and helpers of 20+, they requested a “morning of the wedding” service for the bridesmaids, groomsmen, and helpers to have Good Gracious coffee delivered while getting ready. This package covered 4-5 hours of service for the wedding and time needed for the morning-of coffee delivery. 

Budget: $4,000-$5,000

SARAH + CALEB

Casual brunch wedding with 75+ people

Sarah and Caleb wanted a condensed menu (only specialty lattes and chai) and only 12 oz size available for their small Friday morning wedding. They used our branding for their cups and menu with one barista working. We serviced their event for their 2 hour reception from 11:30-1:30 with no morning-of coffee delivery.

EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION DAY

Corporate event with 150-250 people

We served this company on a Friday morning for 3 hours of service with 2 baristas. The full drink menu and size options were available to the employees to choose from and had a customized sleeve that said “Happy Employee Appreciation Day! From, X.”.

Budget: $1,300-$1,500

TEACHER APPRECIATION DAY

PTO event for a school of 75+ staff

We served the teachers of this school with a staff of around 75 people with 1 barista and just lattes and drip coffee available for 2 hours starting at 6:30 am. No special branding was used and they get a non-profit discount.

MORNING-OF DELIVERY

Perfect for weddings! We’ll ask that you send us the amount of drinks needed, the orders requested from our regular menu, and the time of delivery one week prior to the event date. Minimum order of 15 required.

CUSTOMIZED BRANDING

We offer custom sleeves, stickers for cups, and menus! This is a great option if you have a wedding/company logo or want a message or personalized touch to your event!

PERSONALIZED DRINK MENU

We can personalize the menu to match a color, favorite flavor, or specific theme! For example, we had a latte with mocha sauce and blueberry syrups with a dark cold foam and called it “starry night” for a star gazing event.

TASTE TESTING

Get ready for the most energy and caffeine you’ve ever had! We do offer taste-testings for those ordering a custom menu. We make them as one-shot 12 ounce drinks for each customized drink and split the drink between you and your partner/whoever you bring with you. We can tweak the sweetness level or flavor combinations to build out your menu!
