It started in a little home in a small town in Mississippi.
The Boudoins love holding space for people and in 2022 when they bought their own home, it was all they wanted to do. They knew that hospitality wasn’t about being the best - it’s about letting people be seen as they are and loving them right where they’re at.

After unexpectedly leaving their quaint home in Mississippi and moving to Colorado Springs in fall of 2023, they aim to take the joy, comfort, laughter, and love they experienced in that little home and extend it to you - their new community - with lots of grace, love for others, and cups of coffee.

Owner and Manager
Grace Boudoin
Grace is the co-owner of Good Gracious with Zac, her husband. Previously, she has worked in many different marketing roles for nonprofits. When she’s not reading fantasy or making her silly little TikToks, she’s the daily operations manager, marketing guru, very diligent janitor, finance director, and everything in between. Grace’s favorite menu item is a white mocha, but she just really likes the whole menu.
Cashier
Megan Lyon
Megan is a cashier - also Grace’s sister. She works for Denver Park & Recreation and graciously makes the one hour trek to the Springs because she loves Good Gracious customers! When she's not working, she loves reading fiction, hiking, and spending time with family! Her favorite drink is a 6-shot Sweet Hazel - white chocolate and hazelnut - from the original menu!
Owner
Zac Boudoin
Zac is a co-owner of Good Gracious along with his wife, Grace. By trade, he is an electrical engineer and consultant but when he’s not nerding out on work or video games, he is the specialty latte expert, machine-fixer, technology guru, and process-optimizer. Zac’s favorite menu item is the Caramel Cookie latte, but he’s also a lover of the cold brew with a shot of espresso and a lil’ bit of cream!
