Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find you on regular operating days?

We are all around town, but we keep our website, Instagram, and Facebook up-to-date with our whereabouts! You can also join our text system to get text updates with locations, information, discounts on drinks, and more!

What’s the difference between requesting and booking?

Who pays for it! If you request us as a vendor, you are requesting our services to be offered for your attendees to pay. Booking us for an event means you are paying for the cost and convenience for your attendees. Not sure where you fall? Use the contact form and we’ll point you in the right direction!

Do you have a non-profit discount?

We do offer non-profit event booking discounts. The amount discounted is dependent on the service and event details you are requesting, but is typically between 15-20%.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes! We are so grateful for your service and extend 15% off every drink with a military ID as a token of gratitude!

Can I request flavors for my event that aren’t in your regular menu?

Yes! We can talk about flavors you’d like to add to your event’s menu and we will accommodate as available. We use Torani syrups and with enough lead time, we have hundreds of flavor options available.

Is the generator loud? 

We are in the process of building a safe silencer box for the generator. If you are next to the generator, it is quite loud. We place the generator behind the trailer providing us a barrier where we are able to talk to customers at a normal volume.

Can I test your coffee before booking for an event?

Before booking, you can check out our home page, Instagram, or Facebook to see where we’re at! We understand wanting to try the coffee first, so try and catch us in the wild first!

Do you do taste-testings after booking?

If you choose to do a custom menu, we will set up a time to do a taste-testing of your customized menu. The taste testing is included in the price of the custom menu package add on. We understand people are sensitive to caffeine, so we suggest doing an early morning taste testing if that’s the case. We don’t like to use decaf for taste-testings, as it impacts the flavor. For us to order everything in time for your event, we have a timeframe we must schedule the taste-testings in, and we will let you know what that timeframe is when you book!

Do you do mobile orders?

We would love to! When we have a better schedule/cadence of where we will be, we will start offering mobile orders so you can order from your phone and pick it right up!
